This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes what information Diagnostic Robotics collects, why and how we collect information, how we use your personal information, your choices regarding your own data, and how we keep it secure. This Policy also extends to any of our other sites that post or reference this Policy. By visiting Diagnostic Robotics’ websites (collectively, the “Site”), you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of the Site and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Policy.

    Information You Provide

    By entering it on our Site or providing it to us in any other way (such as when you contact us), including by filling out any form on our site, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, job title, company, phone number, location and other information that identifies an individual personally, and any other information you choose to share with us. We may also collect personal information if you contact us using our careers form or share your resume with us via email, your contact details, your CV and any additional information provided by you. Please be aware that the information that we infer or generate from other data collected in accordance with this paragraph will be collected on an aggregate or de-identified basis and will not be considered as “personal information”.

    Information Automatically Gathered

    When you use the Site, Diagnostic Robotics automatically collects information from different sources such as the device you are using, time of access, location where you are accessing the Site, search terms, viewing, clicking and search history, communications, traffic data, device information (including IP), browser type and version, type and version of your operating system, and additional information relating to how you interact with the Site and the services provided therein. This collection occurs in various ways, including via cookies, web beacons, website analytics tools and other tracking technologies that we’ve included to optimize the Site and provide personalized experiences for our customers. As part of yourSite usage, we may share such personal information with third parties as further described below.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of data processing we carried out based on your consent before such withdrawal.     Diagnostic Robotics has taken steps to ensure the protection of your personal information in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws. Please be aware that despite the above said and our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. While we strive to protect information transmitted on or through our Site, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the Site, and you do so at your own risk. 

    Will We Transfer Your Information Outside Your Home Country?

    Diagnostic Robotics may transfer certain information outside to other countries, which may not have an equivalent level of data protection as in your home country. However, please rest assured that we implement all the necessary and appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to protect your personal information. Your data also may be subject to access by law enforcement and other government entities, including courts and tribunals in accordance with the laws applicable in those jurisdictions. 

    Does the Company Share the Information It Collects About You?

    We may share the information that we collect about you, with third parties worldwide, as follows:

    ·    We may share the information you provided withour service providers and subcontractors who assist us in the operation of theSite and provision of our services and process the information on our behalfand under our instructions. We will only provide these entities with theinformation necessary for them to perform the services on our behalf. Theseenities are contractually required to protect your personal information fromunauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
    ·    We may share your information in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and us concerning the Site or your use thereof to third parties, or if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, applicable law, regulation or legal process.
    ·     Business Transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of any such transfer if, in our discretion, it will result in the handling of your information in a way that differs materially from this Policy. 

    We do not share your personal information with third parties for any other purpose. 

    What about Children on our Site?

    Our site is not designed for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.

    Our site may containlinks to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites isnot governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies ofthose third-party websites. We do not exercise control over such third-partywebsites and are not responsible for the information practices of suchthird-party websites.     COOKIES AND TRACKING

    Diagnostic Robotics and our analytics/service providers use tracking pixels, web beacons and cookies to collect information.

    These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering sites and services, tracking users’ online movements and to gather demographic information about our user base.

    Our sites and services may include social media features, such as the LinkedIn Follow Button and hosted apps that launch the social media sites. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site and may set a cookie in order to enable the feature to function properly. 

    Your interactions with social media features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. This Site uses uses Google     Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your device,     to help the website analyze how users use the Site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP     address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will     truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union, as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. On behalf of the  website provider, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Site, compiling reports on website activity for     website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. Please note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain parts of our website or services. For example, you may opt out of Google  Analytics by visiting the 
    Google Analytics opt-out page. An opt-out cookie will be set on the device, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this Site.     ·     Request your personal information to be deleted (i) if it is no longer necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, (ii) should you decide to withdraw your consent where you gave it, (iii) should you identify that it would have been unlawfully processed, (iv) should we be under a legal obligation to erase it to comply with EU law or the law of an EU country and always provided we are not under a legal obligation to keep it;
    ·     Restrict the processing of your personal information (i) if you contest its accuracy; (ii) if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure; (iii) if it is no longer needed for the purposes set out in this Policy but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim, (iv) if you object to profiling; and

    How long does the Company Retain my Information?

    The data is only kept for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. You have the right to request deleting the personal information that we hold about you at any time.
