Customer Success Manager
At Diagnostic Robotics, we imagine a world where clinicians, consumers, and payers have access to all the information they need to make smarter, more cost-effective decisions about patient care. Our intuitive, user-friendly diagnostic solutions leverage artificial intelligence and predictive analytics models to make this world a reality. As Customer Success Manager you will work with the healthcare providers to drive the successful implementation and adoption of our AI triage and patient prediction capabilities
Duties and responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with our partners.
  • Build rapport, provide outstanding service and grow relationships with new partners.
  • Onboard new partners with attention to detail.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to proactively optimize and improve results.
  • Understand clients needs and deliver them to the Product and R&D teams. 
  • Help identify and develop best practices, KPI, etc.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
Experience
  • At least 3+ years of working in a customer success, accounts or partnerships role, building and managing relationships with various customers. 
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, in a client facing role- advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to build strong and effective relationships with customer stakeholders including executives, functional business owners and subject matter experts
  • High attention to detail, organized and strong communication skills.

Experience

Diagnostic Robotics is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with passion for infrastructure, exploring new technologies, building applications and tools to join our R&D team We are a start-up company based in Tel Aviv. Our human-machine hybrid AI diagnostic system allows us to build powerful predictive analytics models that will solve a world-wide challenge – strained health budgets and workforces.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Defining, deployment, maintenance of GCP-based production environment. 
  • Defining, development, deployment of full CI/CD pipeline, using Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins CI server.
  • 24/7 monitoring of on-call for production.
  • Leading and building a solid DevOps team
Experience
  • 5-6 years of experience in Release Management.
  • Experience in developing server side applications and tooling using Python/Ruby/Bash/Node.js.

Diagnostic Robotics is looking for a Data Scientist to develop, maintain, test and evaluate data solutions, ML models and experiments. The person will work closely with the data engineers in the team and the physicians (domain experts). Duties and responsibilities: Building robust, reliable, automated ML pipelines and design, build and launch new data models in production. Creating algorithmic prototypes and turning them into shippable products. Work closely with physicians on medical datasets.

Diagnostic Robotics is looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers with significant JavaScript and API developing experience. In this role, you will be part of a strong team of Full-Stack engineers who build the future of Emergency Rooms medical support systems. You’ll be a true feature owner, and you’ll be solving complex problems in creative ways. You are proficient with Web client technologies such as React, Angular or jQuery. If you have experience in Continuous Delivery and cloud services (GCP, Amazon Cloud, Microsoft Azure), that’s a bonus. Additionally, you’re fluent in server-side technologies. You’re an expert in databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc. and have significant experience with Linux / Unix terminal manipulation.

  • Use your skills and experience to design and develop our web-based systems
  • Lead, design, deliver and own high scale projects from end to end
  • Develop scalable web applications in cutting edge technologies, such as Python, NodeJS, React, Serverless, ES7, HTML5, CSS3, etc.

Experience

Diagnostic Robotics is looking for a ML Engineer to develop, maintain, test and evaluate data solutions, ML services and data science experimentation platforms. The person will work closely with the data scientist in the team. The right candidate should be a combination of a fast prototyper and responsible engineer and excellent communicator.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Building robust, reliable, automated ML pipelines and design, build and launch new data models in production.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to drive cutting-edge research toward product realization.
  • Refactor algorithms into production-quality and operational code.
  • Work with other engineering and research teams to deliver these products.
  • Develop prototypes to help with data exploration.
